A full estate plan packet consists of various documents executed by you and/or your spouse. Many estate plans include Wills, Trusts, Health Care Proxies, Living Wills and Powers of Attorney.
The average cost for a couples full Estate Planning packet to be notarized at our office is $125 and appointments typically run 30-45 minuets. Witnesses are usually needed, and you may bring witnesses to your appointment or we are able to provide them for an additional fee of $25/witness.
The average cost for a simple, individual or partial Estate Planning packets is $50 - $75. All notarizations follow the same fee schedule of $25 for the first Notarial act/stamp then $5 for each additional Notarial act/stamp.
